Vietnam Tokyo Metro will provide consultancy services on operational techniques and human resources for the urban railway system and expects to promote the export of Japan’s advanced infrastructure system from the software perspective. .

Prior to the establishment of the company in Vietnam, from February 2013 to February 2016, Tokyo Metro participated in the project “Strengthening the capacity of the Urban Railway Administration and establish the operation company maintenance of urban railways in Hanoi “by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
Since that time, Tokyo Metro has dispatched experienced experts to assist Hanoi in establishing a management company for the operation of urban railways and for the training of key personnel for Ha Noi Railway One Member Limited Liability Company Noi (Hanoi Metro).
